Assalmualikum Yaseer Bhai,
My name is Ayub n i m working here in Khober, i got family visa last month for my wife n child, but while doing payment i paid 4000sr instead of 2000sr considering 2000sr per head, visa people took all 4000sr. when i went to visa officer after 1 week in this regard he said money will come after 2 week in bank but still 1 month pass i didnt received my money yet. Can u advise in this matter or any such experience you aware to give some necessary sugessions.

I believe if you make the payment from your online account then there is an option to withdraw your money, check for this also some time it works if you have a bank account,
all you have to do is to click on ministry and select import labour>> then family visa payment >> then the page will open wihich will ask you to make payment from your account > then if there is any outstanding balance you will get the option to withdraw your money. try this insha allah you may get the money back

I want to bring my family on permanent residence visa. I am living in Dammam.
My Iqama position is Computer Technician. I have all documents attested.
My application rejected because my degree is Economics (3 year )
Now I want to know, What is the suitable position (in Iqama ) for economics degree holder?
or how can you help me on this.
Recently I changed my profession legally, first of all i have gone to Saudi Eng. Council, they told me to follow the instructions on website, i uploaded all my academic dosc on web, they verified it than gave me the letter in which they have decided what profession is suitable for me.
What ever possible help which you are providing with clear and good intention insha allah you will get ajar for this than you very much appreciate you. People must become like this efforts to guide community in correct direction in all fields so that common people could not suffer much because of lack of knowledge.

My proffession was changed six months back from “AMIL MACHINO OPERATOR” to ‘COMPUTER PROGRAMMER” legally thorugh our copmpany PRO.
Now i tried to apply Permenant Family Visa ,but they rejected and said to visit Istiqdam manager and he told you wil get Visit visa only right now.
Can you advise me whether any possibilities to get Permenanat Visa ,if PRO will accompany with me to visit manager of Istikdam ..

I to have the same problem, I have been to riyadh isteqdam office, where he sent me to the manager, he advised me to apply for visit visa then I personally been to the Higher manager who is sitting at first floor office. he told me that as of now the ministry has stopped giving the family visa to the people who changed their profession
once the ministy will start issuing the visa at that time you will also get the visa but now you apply for visit visa
Dear I got the visa on 19 Oct.I also have the same condition like you.Clerk send me to the manager and manager sign my application.I have a advice for you.Try two or three times.

Hi Assalamalaikum i was applied family visa two months ago, the isktikdam dis approved my family visa because of different profession, my iqama position was a Computer Engineer, but i had a computer technician only, they require me to provide certificates as an engineer and should be certify by saudi engineering association as the new requirements for family visa. my question is can i bring my family even my iqama is changed to computer tech? the profession you have on your iqama, you must have documents/certificates/degree as per your profession but if you can bring the degree (attested) and register here with Saudi Eng. Acssociation and in sha Allah you will get the visa.
but changing profession is not solution I am not sure if computer tech. is applicable for family permanent visa
