Eid Mubarak to all Muslims

Alhamdulillah, with the grace of Allah we managed to complete a 30 day fasting during month of Ramadan. Allah loves HIS creatures specially mankind very much so he always award them with blessings. He set one month in one year for this exercise which is intended to makes human being more devoted to his lord. This is too increase the level of patience and sacrifice. In Ramadan an adult Muslim is required to fast from dawn to sunset, a Muslim is required to refrain from all food and drink and sexual relations with his spouse.

The main purpose of fasting is described in the Quran as “so that you may attain Taqwa or God-consciousness.” Fasting is thus yet another instrument for bringing a Muslim closer to our natural state, our state of Fitrah and for cleansing this state from the dross of any disobedience and corruption. In the reward it is stated, “Whoever spends the month of Ramadan in complete faith and self-rectification, his previous sins will be forgiven.”

Its not over, There is another reward, a 3 day celebration of Eid is granted to them. Eid-ul-fittar is a day of celebration. Eid day start with an Eid prayer, that is to thank Allah for all his blessings. Later on Eid day Muslims go out and meet friends and relatives and also go for outing and enjoy their time. After spending a 30 day fasting they relax their body and eat delicious dishes. Women buy bangles and other types of jewellery and wear beautiful glittering dresses. Children get gifts from elders in the form of Eidi, sweets and toys. So be thankful to Allah for all his blessings and have a very happy and nice Eid day.

Eid Mubarak to all of you.
