    The best way to lose weight is regular exercise.
    And one important thing to keep in mind is that the time you took to build up such weight is equal to the time you will take to lose that weight.Means you cannot lose 20 kgs in 2 weeks which have take 2 years to build up.You will need 2 years to lose them.
